Job summary

VWFS UK in Milton Keynes is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committees. You will collaborate with Risk Control, Senior Management and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas, materials, minutes, maintaining committee schedules and Terms of Reference, and safeguarding confidential information while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise risk management and committees.
• Ability to prepare accurate minute taking and committee materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials and ensures data accuracy for risk reports.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions accurately.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and calendars.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference and governance documentation.
