Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committees. You will collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting through accurate, timely material preparation and minutes.

Essentially you will develop agendas, collate materials, review data quality, and distribute packs.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking risk reporting.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and committee packs.
• Ability to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw concise conclusions.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with chairs and senior management for risk committee meetings.
• Collates materials, reviews data quality, and distributes packs within required timeframes.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions and decisions.
• Manages meeting schedules and ensures proper sequencing for upward reporting to Board.
• Maintains Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC; updates content as needed.
