Job summary

VWFS UK in Milton Common is seeking a Risk Control Officer to administer and analyse the Enterprise Risk Management framework and support ER committees.

You will prepare agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, manage schedules, and maintain Terms of Reference, delivering accurate risk reporting to senior management and, ultimately, the Board.

The role demands discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines, with benefits including bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within automotive finance or banking.
• Minute taking and accurate production of committee packs are essential.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops agendas with Chairs and senior management for risk committees.
• Collates materials and reviews data accuracy for reporting.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and governance calendars.
• Reviews Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
