AECOM is recruiting an Associate Risk Manager to join the Integrated Programme Controls team. London, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol offices welcome you to help implement and advise on risk management for major infrastructure projects across sectors.

You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional staff to understand risk exposure, develop governance and support decision making across UK capital programmes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in risk management on complex projects and programmes.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or risk management qualification (MOR/APM Risk/IRM).
• Experience in multi-discipline project environments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as risk management lead for high value projects and programmes.
• Engage with project teams to ensure effective risk management.
• Provide risk input to bids and proposals to secure new business.
• Perform risk assurance checks on project and programme risk management.
• Communicate risk data to senior leaders.
• Coaching and mentoring staff in risk management best practice.
• Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of risks.
• Develop Risk Registers and Risk Management Plans.
• Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) using Monte Carlo.
• Design and implement risk management frameworks for projects.
