Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Risk Manager to join the Integrated Programme Controls team across UK offices including London, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol. You will implement and advise on risk management for major infrastructure projects, engaging senior stakeholders and supporting governance and decision making.

You will lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting, mentoring staff and shaping risk frameworks for projects and programmes while collaborating with cost,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk management with 2+ years on high-value projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or risk management qualification (MOR, APM Risk, IRM).
• Experience in multi-discipline project environments.
• Proficient with industry risk tools: ARM, Xactium, RiskHive, Predict.
• Experience in QCRA/QSRA using Safran, Primavera Risk Analyser, @risk.
• Knowledge of ISO31000 and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to implement risk management effectively.
• Provide input to bids and proposals to win new business.
• Perform risk assurance checks on project and programme risk management.
• Communicate risk data to senior leaders.
• Coach staff in risk management best practices.
• Develop Risk Registers, Management Plans, and Mitigation Plans.
• Conduct quantitative risk analyses and establish contingencies.
