Zusammenfassung

AECOM is seeking an Associate Risk Manager to join our UK team, with offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol. You will lead risk management for major infrastructure programmes and collaborate with project teams to implement governance and reporting frameworks.

You’ll perform quantitative risk analyses and prepare robust Risk Registers while mentoring junior staff and engaging senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. Hybrid work is available across UK offices.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in risk management on complex projects and programmes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or risk management qualification MOR/APM Risk/IRM.
• Experience in multi‑discipline project environments.
• Proficient with industry risk tools ARM, Xactium, RiskHive, Predict.
• Experience with ISO31000 and risk management methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Act as risk management lead for high value projects and programmes.
• Engage with project teams to implement risk management.
• Provide risk input to bids and proposals.
• Perform risk assurance checks on project risk management.
• Communicate risk data to senior leaders.
• Coach and mentor staff in risk practices.
• Develop Risk Registers, Management Plans and Mitigation Plans.
• Conduct quantitative risk analysis (QCRA/QSRA) using tools.
• Design and implement risk management frameworks.
• Support cost, scheduling, controls and change management teams.
