Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide comprehensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees. The role coordinates with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to the Board to ensure high-quality risk reporting through accurate and timely data and minutes.

Key duties include agenda preparation, material collations, and minutes production for ERC and risk committees, plus governance and crisis management

Qualifications

• Solid experience within automotive finance or banking.
• Accurate minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with chairs and senior management to cover standard items.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within agreed timeframes.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions for ERC and material risk committees.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendars to align risk reporting to the Board of Management.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference and maintains crisis management documentation.
