Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and coordinate committee processes up to Board level. The role focuses on accurate risk reporting, agenda preparation, minute taking, and calendar management for risk committees and the ERC.

Candidates should have solid automotive finance or banking experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking is essential.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for minute taking and producing committee packs.
• Ability to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw clear conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collate materials, quality check data, and distribute packs for committees.
• Take accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manage committee meeting schedules and board reporting timelines.
• Review Terms of Reference and maintain crisis management documentation.
