Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support Enterprise Risk Management governance, minutes, committee packs and upward reporting to the Board of Management. The role collaborates with the Risk Control team and senior management to produce high-quality risk reporting.

You will ensure accurate materials for meetings, maintain Terms of Reference cycles and contribute to confidential reporting. Automotive finance/banking experience preferred; strong attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to produce accurate minutes and committee packs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares committee agendas with senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for accuracy.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and actions.
• Manages risk committee meeting schedules and governance documentation.
