Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Risk Professional within the Energy Networks & Renewables team to lead risk management activities across major energy projects. You will identify, analyse and manage cost, schedule and business risks, supporting commercial decisions and embedding best-practice risk processes.

This role offers opportunities across Northern England and the West Midlands, with emphasis on QSRA/QCRA work and client account growth.

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional certification such as APM/IRM.
• Experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated energy environments.
• Strong analytical skills to build and interpret risk models.
• Knowledge of QRA techniques and tools.
• Understanding of contracts and risk controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering risk management plans.
• Collaborative consulting mindset with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services to clients per governance and objectives.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks and opportunities.
• Produce periodic risk reporting including cost/expenditure and risk exposure.
• Advise project teams on mitigation and commercial implications.
• Develop and run quantitative risk analyses for cost/schedule.
• Coach junior team members and build capability.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk tools and data quality.
