Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Risk Professional to lead risk management activities across major energy projects and programmes. You will identify, analyse and manage cost, schedule and business risks, supporting commercial decision-making and embedding best-practice risk processes across delivery teams.

This role offers opportunities to develop team capability, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to client account growth across Northern England and the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional certification such as APM Risk Certificate or IRM Certificate/Diploma.
• Experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments, focus on Energy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret risk models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services across major projects, programmes and portfolios.
• Produce risk reporting including cost, schedule, and risk exposure changes.
• Advise project teams on mitigation, contingency and commercial implications.
• Develop and run Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) to forecast risks.
• Coach junior team members and build capability in risk processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk tools, processes and data quality.
