Arcadis is seeking Risk Professionals to lead risk management across major energy projects and portfolios. You will focus on QSRA/QCRA work, analysing cost and schedule risks and embedding best-practice risk processes across delivery teams.

The role offers opportunities across Northern England and West Midlands with progression to senior levels. Responsibilities include delivering risk interventions, reporting, and guidance to project teams, while developing team capability and maintaining data

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional risk-certification such as APM/IRM.
• Practical experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on Energy.
• Strong analytical skills and probabilistic risk modelling ability.
• Knowledge of QRA techniques and tools (e.g., @Risk, Pertmaster).
• Familiarity with risk management tools like ARM, Predict!, Xactium.
• Understanding of contracts, change control and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver risk management services to clients following governance and objectives.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks, issues and opportunities.
• Produce risk reports including expenditure, contingencies and exposure changes.
• Advise project teams on mitigation, contingency and commercial implications.
• Develop and run Quantitative Risk Analysis for cost and schedule.
• Ensure significant risks are identified and managed to project objectives.
• Deliver embedded risk management services and support governance.
• Coach junior team members and build capability.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk tools and data quality.
