Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Risk Professional to lead risk management across energy networks and renewables, focusing on cost, schedule and risk for major projects in Northern England and the West Midlands.

You will deliver QSRA/QCRA work, support commercial decision-making, embed best-practice risk processes, and coach junior team members while strengthening client accounts and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional certification (APM/IRM).
• Practical experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments, energy sector preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present probabilistic outcomes.
• Experience with QRA techniques and tools (e.g., @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Knowledge of ERM tools and project governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services across projects and programmes.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks, issues and opportunities.
• Produce periodic risk reporting and contingency management.
• Advise on mitigation, contingency, and commercial implications.
• Develop, validate and run quantitative risk analyses (cost/schedule).
• Coach and mentor junior team members and build capability.
