Qualifications

• Desire to work towards relevant professional certification such as APM Risk Certificate or IRM.
• Practical experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on Energy.
• Strong analytical skills to build and interpret risk models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services in line with client governance and objectives.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks, issues and opportunities.
• Produce periodic risk reports including cost and schedule impacts.
• Advise on mitigation, contingency and allocation of risk.
• Develop, validate and run Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
• Embed risk frameworks and ensure data quality across delivery teams.
• Coach junior team members and support capability building.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk tools, processes and data quality.
