Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Risk Professional for our Energy Networks & Renewables team. You will lead risk management across major projects, programmes and portfolios with emphasis on QSRA/QCRA work, delivering risk analyses and robust forecasting across cost and schedule.

You will apply established risk frameworks, mentor junior colleagues and help grow client accounts while embedding best practices in delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional certification (APM/IRM).
• Practical experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments, energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills to build and interpret risk models.
• Experience with QRA techniques and tools like @Risk.
• Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis / Pertmaster.
• Knowledge of ARM, Predict!, Xactium.
• Understanding of contracts and relation to risk management and controls.
• Evidence of defining and delivering risk management plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services to clients according to governance.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks, issues and opportunities daily.
• Produce periodic risk reports with risk expenditure and contingency drawdown.
• Advise project teams on mitigation and commercial implications.
• Develop, validate and run Quantitative Risk Analysis (cost, schedule).
• Schedule analyses to forecast risk exposure.
• Ensure identification and management of significant risks toward objectives.
• Deliver risk interventions and embed risk management across governance.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools and data quality for risk management.
