Job summary

Arcadis is seeking Risk Professionals for its Energy Networks & Renewables team in Northern England and the West Midlands. You will lead risk activities across major projects, programmes and portfolios with emphasis on QSRA/QCRA work, analysing cost and schedule risks and informing commercial decisions.

The role spans coaching, governance delivery and continuous improvement of risk tools and processes within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional risk credentials such as APM/IRM.
• Practical experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments, esp. energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services in line with governance and objectives.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks, issues and opportunities.
• Produce periodic risk reporting including risk/expenditure changes.
• Advise teams on mitigation, contingency and commercial implications.
• Develop and run Quantitative Risk Analysis for cost and schedule.
• Embed risk management and continuously improve tools and data quality.
• Coach junior team members and support capability building.
