Job summary

Arcadis is a leading global design, engineering and consultancy firm seeking Risk Professionals to lead risk management activities across major energy projects, programmes and portfolios. You will identify, analyse and manage cost, schedule and business risks, support commercial decisions and embed best-practice risk processes across delivery teams.

The role supports Northern England and West Midlands growth with a focus on risk management across transportation, infrastructure and buildings

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards relevant professional certification (APM Risk/IRM).
• Practical experience in project/programme/enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments, with focus on Energy.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret risk models and probabilistic outcomes.
• Experience with QRA techniques and tools (e.g., @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Knowledge of ERM tools (ARM, Predict!, Xactium).
• Understanding of contracts and links between risk management and controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services to clients in line with governance and objectives.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks, issues and opportunities.
• Produce periodic risk reports including risk expenditure and contingency drawdown.
• Advise on mitigation, contingency plans, and commercial implications.
• Develop, validate and run QRA analyses for Cost and Schedule.
• Coach junior team members and drive capability building.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk tools, processes and data quality.
