Junior Risk Analyst

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Type: Permanent

Salary: £25k

A growing business in the payments space is looking for a Risk Analyst to join their Risk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone curious, proactive, and keen to build a career in payments and risk.

The Role

You’ll support the ongoing monitoring and protection of the merchant portfolio, working closely with experienced colleagues who will provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing merchant applications and websites
  • Monitoring transaction activity and identifying unusual trends
  • Supporting chargeback management and early-warning indicators
  • Assisting with investigations into suspicious activity
  • Working cross-functionally to support merchant relationships
  • Contributing to reporting and portfolio reviews
