Qualifications

• Solid grounding in RF fundamentals.
• Experience analysing hardware and software to diagnose issues.
• Basic exposure to Linux and networking.
• Strong communication to explain technical details to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Explain complex issues clearly to customers.
