You will diagnose and resolve issues hands-on, explain complex technical details clearly to customers, review and contribute to technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering to feed back

Qualifications

• Good grounding in RF fundamentals.
• Curious mindset with a passion for technology.
• Comfortable working hands-on with hardware and software.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
• Prior support or helpdesk experience.
• Basic exposure to Linux and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers on hardware/software product line, including signal and sensor tech, analysis tooling, and network diagnostics.
• Explain complex technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues first-hand, escalating where necessary.
• Review and develop technical documentation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to feedback on recurring or complex issues.
