Mount Charles Group in Belfast is seeking a Cleaning Manager for a night-time role. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of units, hands-on cleaning, staff scheduling and maintaining quality standards.

You will liaise with clients and support functions while leading a large team across multiple sites. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in a Cleaning Manager role, with proven ability to manage a multi-site operation and deliver high standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cleaning Manager.
• Experience working across multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate a large team.
• Confident in liaising with clients and leading meetings/presentations.
• Hands-on approach to cleaning and up-to-date with industry practices.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple units.
• Carry out cleaning tasks to high standards using appropriate machinery.
• Create staff schedules and manage holidays.
• Complete onsite quality audits and maintain stock/PPE levels.
• Liaise with clients and central support; participate in meetings.
• Handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train staff and lead the team to meet goals and standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our team based at Mount Charles Group, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week
• 5 out of 7 Days
• This a Night time role
• Must be avalible to workweekends

The Role

• Responsibility for the day to day management of differant units
• Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
• Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
• Completing onsite quality Audits
• Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
• Liaising withclients, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
• Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
• Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.

The Person

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong and progressive career background within the industry
• Have proven experience of working within multi-site operations
• Be astrong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team
• Be confident in liaising with clients as well as leading presentations and meetings
• Have a hands on approach in all areas of cleaning
• Be up to date with the latest industry machinery and concepts and be able to demonstrate this knowledge at interview level
• Be genuinely passionate about their field
• Be able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
• Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing,speakingand listening skills toassist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
