Job summary

The Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Senior Lounge Supervisor to join the Causeway Lounge team at Belfast International Airport. You will oversee service delivery, staff coaching and operational standards to ensure a premium passenger experience.

Working 40 hours per week across 5 days, you will manage front-of-house and reception duties, drive compliance with food safety and health & safety, and contribute to achieving client targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, deliver and present food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification
• Guide and coach staff for efficient lounge operation
• Interact with customers by explaining food and beverages on offer
• Supervise service, cleaning and kitchen staff and other resources
• Oversee Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance
• Contribute innovations to improve operations
• Provide solutions to airport operational challenges
• Ensure client and third-party paperwork is completed accurately for billing
• Aim to achieve financial and non-financial targets

The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lounge Supervisor to join it's team at the Causeway Lounge, Belfast International Airport.

Working Pattern

• 40 Hours per week
• 5 out of 7 Days
• 04:00-20:30

The Role

• To plan, manager, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
• Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
• Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
• Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources
• Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
• Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro - activeness.
• Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
• Ensuing all client and 3rd party paper work is completed acutely, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing
• Work towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.
