Mount Charles Group are recruiting for a Senior Team Member to join our team based at Northern Quarter, Belfast International Airport. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company with family values and a focus on people.

The role involves ensuring all food is prepared to HACCP standards, delivering high-level customer service, and working as part of a team to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to an exceptional standard in line with HACCP regulations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service consistently.
• Work as part of the team to ensure service is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Complete administrative tasks such as recording temperatures, updating schedules, and cashing up tills.
• Open and close outlets in accordance with company procedures.

Working Pattern

• 35 Hours per week
• 5 out of 7 days
• Variable shift patterns available - 3am and 11pm

The Role

• To ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to
• Ensure the team are providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility
• Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard
• Completing any administration as requested which may include recording of food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills and recording daily sales figures on the system
• Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements; in particular the administration of purchasing, cash handling etc
• Ensure the opening and closing of all food outlets are carried out in accordance with Company procedures
