Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Lounge Supervisor for our Causeway Lounge at Belfast International Airport. This permanent role covers day-to-day lounge operations, staff coaching, coordinating catering, cleaning and maintenance, and maintaining presentation standards.

You will manage rotas, monitor passenger flow, handle customer enquiries, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver excellent VIP service in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lounge operations and maintain presentation standards.
• Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor passenger flow and manage seating efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Supervise, support, and motivate lounge staff.
• Prepare rotas and manage staffing levels.
• Deliver coaching and support training needs.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Ensure brand and airline partner standards are met.
• Conduct quality checks across all service areas.
• Manage stock levels and complete ordering tasks.
• Prepare reports, logs, and daily operational updates.

We are currently recruiting for a Lounge Supervisor to join our team based at our Causeway Lounge, Belfast Internation Airport site. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week
• 5 out of 7 days
• Working hours between 5am – 10pm

The Role
