Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a large, nationwide organisation that are currently seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6 month FTC. This role can be based in Hull or in London, and offers hybrid working 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £55,000 to £70,000 dependant on experience. You will review the reward strategy, work across sites to model costs, and map implementations with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing reward strategy, including job levelling, job architecture and salary banding.
• Produce cost models across sites to support business strategy.
• Provide recommendations and process maps for implementation.
• Proven experience completing a similar project with stakeholders.
