Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a large, nationwide organisation that are currently seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6 month FTC. This role can be based in Hull or in London, and offers hybrid working 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the reward strategy, including job levelling, job architecture and salary banding, and for producing cost models and implementation recommendations across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing reward strategy, including job levelling and salary banding.
• Ability to develop cost models across multiple sites and align with business strategy.
• Proven track record engaging with managers and senior stakeholders.

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a large, nationwide organisation that are currently seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6 month FTC.

This role can be based in Hull or in London, and offers hybrid working 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between 55,000 to 70,000 dependant on experience.

As a successful Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for;

• Reviewing the company reward strategy, including job levelling, job architecture and salary banding
• Work across the various sites to complete an in depth review of the business strategy, and produce cost models.
• Make recommendations / process map for implementation

The ideal Reward Analyst will have experience in the following;

• Ability to hit the ground running and work with managers and senior stakeholders regarding the strategy and recommendations
• Have a collaborative and relationship building approach, with strong analytical skills
• Have proven experience completing a similar project previously
