Job summary

Catalyst Partners in London is seeking a Reward Analyst to join a collaborative HR team, contributing to compensation, benefits and reward initiatives with data-driven insights. You will support annual reward cycles, benchmark markets and maintain reward data across HR systems.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and reward projects, enabling you to broaden your Total Reward expertise within a fast-moving, commercially focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, People Analytics or a related HR discipline.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting large datasets and translating findings into practical business recommendations.
  • Prior exposure to compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, incentive programmes or benefits administration would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, lookups, modelling, pivot tables and scenario analysis.
  • Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Workday Reporting or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes, including annual salary reviews, bonus processes and reward planning activities.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analyse external remuneration data to inform reward recommendations and workforce decisions.
  • Maintain job architecture, salary structures and reward-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
  • Produce reward and workforce analytics, delivering meaningful reporting and insights to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting, headcount planning and cost analysis by providing detailed workforce and compensation data.
  • Support benefits reviews, vendor analysis and pay equity initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of reward frameworks and employee value propositions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and operational teams on reward projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality and increase automation across reward and HR processes.
