A global organization is seeking a Reward, People Systems, and Analytics Manager to lead compensation, benefits, analytics, and HR technology across international settings. You will build and implement the global total rewards strategy and drive impactful workforce decisions through people analytics. Strong analytical and leadership experience with HR systems in an international context is essential. This role offers a competitive salary of £85,000-£95,000 plus bonus and benefits, with options for remote work across several major European cities.

As Reward, People Systems and Analytics Manager, you’ll lead compensation, benefits, analytics, and HR technology for an international setting.
Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team and a trusted partner to senior executives.
This role can be based out of Amsterdam, London, Berlin, Brussels, or Paris. Salary dependent on experience (£85,000-£95,000 +bonus +benefits)
