You'll also be leading and mentoring a small, international team of reward professionals, guiding their development and ensuring effective delivery of team objectives. About You

You're a highly collaborative and experienced Reward professional with a strong understanding of compensation best practices. You have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders, analysing market trends, and driving decisions on rewards. You're also a confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you have experience with:
