Role Overview

As Reward Manager, you will lead and deliver key Reward policies, processes, activities, and projects. Your work will support the attraction and retention of talent, including activities such as company car management, annual Pay/Bonus reviews, benchmarking, and Gender Pay Gap Reporting (UK and ROI). You will partner with the People team, providing expert advice and delivering a robust benefits offering, while line managing a Reward Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and improve the benefits matrix for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Design and maintain salary structures, ensuring legislative compliance.
  3. Oversee pay reviews, bonus cycles, and LTIP processes.
  4. Manage the company car fleet, vendor relationships, and policy updates.
  5. Ensure accurate gender pay reporting and create insightful reports.
  6. Prepare for future reporting needs, including ethnicity pay gap.
  7. Maintain data for external benchmarking.
  8. Manage benefits providers and vendor relationships.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
  11. Support and guide the Reward Administrator.
Ideal Skills and Experience
  1. Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  2. Market knowledge of reward landscape.
  3. Understanding of reward legislation and reporting obligations.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle.
  6. Knowledge of employment taxes related to reward.
  7. Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  8. Line management experience.
