Job Opportunity: Reward Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join us on a 3-month contract. The role involves executing the total reward strategy and leading the annual pay and bonus review processes. You will collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation, benchmarking, and reward structures aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the annual pay, bonus, and commission processes.
  2. Benchmark roles using WTW methodology and manage external salary surveys.
  3. Advise HR and leadership on reward strategies and market trends.
  4. Oversee gender pay gap reporting and support budgeting/forecasting with HR and Finance.
  5. Develop compensation frameworks aligned with job structures.
About You:
  • Proven experience in reward/compensation roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel ability.
  • Confidence in advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in benchmarking and salary review processes.
