My client is seeking an outstanding Compensation and Reward Manager for a 12-month contract to assist with designing and implementing a new compensation plan and system.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in small to medium-sized Financial Services firms (preferably Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or Asset Management), with knowledge of Power BI and Workday. Experience within a complex or global organization is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include benchmarking, market analysis, data analysis and reporting, managing the annual reward cycle (salary reviews, bonus allocations, LTIPs), program development and implementation, and prior experience with system implementation.
Applicants must possess advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and quantitative abilities, and familiarity with compensation regulations and compliance standards.
