Job summary

Eyzon Limited is recruiting a Reward Analyst to join their expanding team at the new head office. You will support the group’s reward strategy by providing accurate data, analysis and insights to inform decision-making, working with Reward, People, Payroll and Finance teams.

Key tasks include building reward models and dashboards, supporting the annual reward cycle, salary benchmarking and benefits analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems such as Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing HR or reward data in an analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of reward legislation and pay structures.
• Experience in salary benchmarking or reward modelling.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday or similar) and Power BI.
• CIPD qualification or working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reward models, reports and dashboards.
• Support the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews and bonus calculations.
• Salary benchmarking and market pay analysis.
• Analyse pay data and prepare insights for senior leadership.
• Maintain pay structures, job evaluation records and HR data.
• Analyse benefits costs and provider performance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance and People teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
