Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Reward Analyst to support the design, delivery and ongoing management of the organisation's reward strategy. You will ensure pay, bonus and incentive arrangements are competitive, fair, commercially aligned and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Working with HR, Finance, Risk and business stakeholders, you will provide accurate reward data, meaningful analysis and insights to support decision-making across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward/compensation/HR analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and calculations.
• Experience producing reports and management information.
• High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines within an annual reward cycle.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Discretion with confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual salary and compensation review processes, including increases and promotions.
• Analyse salary structures, pay ranges and remuneration for equity and competitiveness.
• Conduct external market benchmarking using salary surveys and financial data.
• Support administration and review of benefits and other reward arrangements.
• Assist development and maintenance of job evaluation frameworks and salary bands.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reward reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Support gender pay gap reporting and diversity-related reward analysis.
• Translate reward data into clear insights for HR, Finance and senior stakeholders.
• Improve reporting accuracy and data quality in reward processes.
• Contribute to reward strategy projects and policy reviews.
