Job summary

Jensten Group is seeking a Reward Analyst to join the People & Culture team. The role offers a 6/12 month fixed-term contract or permanent position.

You will deliver high-quality reward reports, dashboards and analyses, transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to support informed business decisions. You will collaborate with senior leaders, People Business Partners and Payroll, helping ensure our reward approach remains competitive and aligned with business needs, while

Qualifications

• Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics or a similar people data-focused role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports and executive-level summaries using workforce or reward data.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with HR systems and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support varied reward activities including project work, regular delivery, cyclical activities and on demand requests.
• Maintain central data pertaining to reward with data quality ownership and attention to detail.
• Champion a standardised approach across bonus schemes, including communications and governance.
• Support reward-related activities from acquisitions and organisational change programmes.
• Translate complex data into concise executive summaries for senior leaders.
