Job summary

Trustpilot is hiring a Senior Reward Analyst to join our global Reward team. You will drive data-informed compensation and benefit decisions, tackle annual salary reviews, equity grants, and benchmarking across multiple countries.

You will also advance pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to deliver transparent, market-competitive programs while building dashboards and communicating insights clearly across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reward role or associated discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of key reward and HRIS processes and concepts.
• Expertise working with people data and people systems / HRIS (currently Sage HR).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate cross-functionally; autonomous and quick to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data to inform compensation and benefit decisions across countries of operation.
• Stay up to date with market trends and legislation to advise risks and opportunities.
• Lead activities required for annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, equity grants, benefits windows and promotions cycles.
• Partner with Finance on budget modelling, cost analysis and scenario planning.
• Support the design of new/updated benefits, short and long term incentives.
• Run regular pay equity analysis and assist with gender pay gap reporting.
