A prominent law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Reward Analyst to join their Reward team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll provide analytical support for the annual pay review and bonus cycle, ensuring accurate data for compensation processes. We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our Reward team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our reward strategy by focusing on data and analytics for compensation and benefits processes.
