Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a senior RevOps leader to build and scale the commercial operating foundations for its growing B2B institutional business in London. You will define segmentation, forecasting rhythms and governance, and you will shape a high-impact RevOps function aligned with corporate strategy.

You will partner with Finance, Legal and People & Culture, translating strategy into scalable operating models and practical execution plans while designing compensation and revenue management

Qualifications

• Proven B2B Revenue Operations experience in complex environments.
• Experience building or scaling commercial operating foundations.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into prioritized plans and outcomes.
• International or global operating exposure and awareness of currency/tax complexity.
• Senior stakeholder credibility to influence Finance, Legal, People & Culture and leadership.
• People leadership or team-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Revenue Operations foundations for CFA Institute’s growing B2B institutional business.
• Translate Institutional Solutions strategy into scalable operating models and governance.
• Lead design and implementation of commercial enablement foundations including sales compensation.
• Act as senior internal partner to the MD in cross-functional discussions.
• Shape future RevOps capability needs and resource planning.
• Move from build to steady-state management of pipeline, forecasting and revenue outcomes.
