Job summary

Outpost Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to architect the company’s first end-to-end revenue system. You will bridge sales, marketing and operations, designing the model, instrumentation and automation that powers forecasting and pricing decisions.

You\'ll own the revenue stack from CRM to analytics, building scalable processes, data standards and governance. This role reports directly to the CEO and forms the foundation for global expansion.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth fintech, payments company, or B2B SaaS.
• Has built a revenue system from zero, not inherited a mature one.
• Fluent in CRM architecture and the outbound stack.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue system across the organisation from end to end.
• Design, instrument, automate and operate the revenue model and CRM.
• Build forecasting, weekly pipeline reviews, monthly board numbers, and quarterly planning.
• Own the GTM stack: outbound sequencing, enrichment, routing, deduplication, attribution.
• Create playbooks for qualification, pricing approvals, renewals, and expansions.
