Job summary

Outpost Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations to own the end-to-end operational stack, from onboarding and activation to treasury, compliance, and market launches. This hands-on leadership role requires building playbooks, tooling with engineering, and running the ops function until scalable.

You'll hire and grow a small team, set standards, and partner with the CEO and founding team to shape the product roadmap through operational insight.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in operations at high-growth fintech, payments, or e-commerce infrastructure.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to build and scale teams.
• Experience with merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, tax, payments, and treasury.
• Strong operational design, playbooks, and tooling collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational stack from onboarding to treasury operations and market launches.
• Develop and run merchant operations, risk reviews, payouts, settlements and support.
• Build and own the treasury operations including proceeds requests, money movement, and reconciliation.
• Define operational metrics and reporting; turn manual processes into repeatable playbooks.
