New Relic is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the technical and automation engine behind our Go-To-Market organization, turning complex processes into high‑performing systems.

Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, field execution, and modern technology, you will translate business needs into user stories and specs, build dashboards with trusted data, and drive cross‑functional projects using Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS revenue operations or GTM systems architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data flows and integrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and writing user stories in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM technology roadmap including Salesforce, Clay, and Salesloft.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical specs, and UAT plans.
• Define system-level metrics, build automated dashboards, and maintain trusted data sources.
• Guide enablement and change management, creating documentation and leading sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Adoption to align business rules and lifecycle.
