We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Revenues and Benefits team.
Working as part of a small, centralised administration team, you will provide a wide range of clerical and administrative support to help deliver an efficient and effective Revenues and Benefits service. Your duties will include processing incoming correspondence, scanning and indexing documents onto electronic systems, supporting print and mail functions, maintaining records, and responding to queries from colleagues and external organisations.
This is a varied role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You will play an important part in supporting service performance and ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service.
