Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Specialist - Revenue Operations in Manchester to coordinate billing activities and perform complex billing duties. The role includes preparing and analysing client billing requests, ensuring VAT compliance, and liaising with revenue/e-billing teams.

Hybrid working with in-office presence is possible. The candidate will manage bills, proformas from 3E, and use billing software to complete processes and handle customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Clear communications with all levels within the organisation.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a legal, accounting, finance or related industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and finalise bills per firm and client requirements; review proformas and handle amendments and e-billing coordination.
• Prepare and finalise invoices in line with VAT and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of invoices and coordinate with revenue/e-billing teams for submissions; resolve rejections and reductions.
• Generate and review proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes.
• Utilise billing software modules to complete the billing process and customer refunds; research and provide information to customers.
