Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP in Manchester is seeking a Senior Specialist - Revenue Operations to coordinate billing activities, prepare and analyse complex client billing requests, and support e-billing submissions in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires strong communication, workload management, and solid experience with financial systems, including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and 3E billing tools. We offer a generous compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Experience using financial systems and billing tools (e.g., 3E).
Experience in a legal, finance, or accounting setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and finalise bills in line with firm and client requirements; review proformas; handle e-billing coordination.
Prepare and finalise invoices in line with VAT, Solicitor’s Accounts Rules and Money Laundering regulations.
Ensure successful delivery of invoices and coordinate with revenue/e-billing teams for submissions.
Generate and review proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes.
Utilise billing software to complete processes and refunds; research and respond to customers.
