Job summary

Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment partners with a leading international organisation to recruit a Senior Billing Analyst to join a high-volume finance operations team in Maidenhead. The role focuses on delivering accurate billing, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders across a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage large datasets, perform detailed validations, and support operational performance through reporting and KPI development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing operations, finance operations, revenue assurance, or a similar analytical environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems; NetSuite exposure would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely monthly billing cycles and ensure data integrity in large datasets.
• Perform reconciliations, data validation, and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Lead root cause analyses and provide reporting to senior management.
• Act as billing SME and support projects and transformations.
• Drive continuous improvements across billing operations and controls.
