Latham & Watkins seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing in London or Manchester, with hybrid work options. You will provide pricing expertise and analytical support to attorneys and business functions, driving profitability and strategic pricing across engagements.

The role requires advanced financial modelling, strong project management, and capability to develop pricing templates and reports for leadership. Hybrid schedule allows in-office collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis and/or project management in professional services.
• Experience developing financial analysis/modelling and project tracking/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing responses for new opportunities with competitive, profitable fee proposals.
• Conduct pricing-focused practice group, industry, and market analysis for leadership decisions.
• Develop an internal pricing database and external go-to-market templates for key areas.
• Assist the Rate Approval Committee using the ServiceNow database for ongoing reporting and trends.
• Prepare analysis and materials for annual pricing strategy meetings with senior management.
