Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Coordinator – Revenue Operations in our London office. You will manage the full billing and collections lifecycle for a defined group of billing attorneys, ensuring compliance with firm policies and timely invoicing, with hybrid/office presence to suit business needs.

You’ll liaise with attorneys, support teams and clients, analyse complex invoices, monitor WIP, and help optimize revenue targets while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in general accounting practices and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to liaise with attorneys, support staff, finance team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison among attorneys, support staff, Global Finance, and clients to respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze client billing; review, approve and post invoices per firm policies and rate agreements.
• Generate and review proformas from 3E; monitor WIP and flag balances for billing attorneys.
• Promote best practices for matter maintenance, WIP-to-cash conversion, and e-billing setups.
• Deliver client invoices and track delivery; coordinate on client platforms and onboarding tasks.
