Job summary

M-Files Corporation is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support sales teams and partners across Europe, focusing on CPQ, quotes, and order flow from quote to order. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Legal and Finance to keep processes efficient and compliant, aligning with Revenue Operations priorities.

The role involves training, process improvement, and hands-on support for ordering and invoicing, with a flexible remote arrangement and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, enablement, administration or deal desk in SaaS or subscription models.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to impact downstream reporting.
• Customer-focused service mindset and collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Enable sales teams and partners: run training, onboarding, and create clear guidance for CPQ and sales tools.
• Review and approve quotes against policy, using judgment where needed.
• Coordinate contract reviews between Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure smooth deals.
• Ensure orders flow into invoicing with all required information.
• Support sales orders and problem-solve at the root, addressing root causes.
• Understand order flow and assist with order processing and booking validation.
• Support partner funding and incentive programs as needed.
• Document additional sales support needs to reduce admin burden.
• Work alongside automation/AI workflows and help improve them.
• Communicate professionally in English with stakeholders.
• Assist with sales order entry to meet business needs.
