Job summary

YO AI Labs in Manchester seeks an experienced Sales/Revenue/CS Operations professional to optimize CRM-driven workflows across SaaS environments. You will configure CRM platforms, manage quoting and billing tools, and build robust reporting across connected systems.

You will maintain data accuracy, develop process guidelines, and support system adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue operations and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
