Job summary

Confirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the numbers after a customer signs. You will lead retention and growth analysis, build dashboards, and collaborate with Account Management to drive expansion.

You’ll work across data, systems and process to enable revenue growth, reporting, and forecast inputs, partnering with leadership to translate questions into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in revenue, customer or commercial analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with subscription revenue metrics and GRR/NRR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for existing business, including revenue retention metrics.
• Build and monitor customer health and risk reporting to flag accounts at risk early.
• Analyze whitespace and cross-sell opportunities across the installed base.
